 All employees of the Company are required to be present at 
 least 5 minutes before their appointed time in order to ensure uninterrupted and 
 efficient working. Attendance will be marked daily, both, manually by each 
 employee as well as by the Access Card.<o:p></o:p>

 Working Hours: <o:p></o:p>
 
 
 -Monday to Friday&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 8 hours<o:p></o:p>
 
 -Saturday&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4 hours (Working Day on Saturday = 9:00 to 13:00 hrs.)<o:p></o:p>

 Recording of Attendance:<o:p></o:p>
 
 The Admin/HR department will maintain the Attendance Register 
 and the database for Access Cards. For the purposes of checking hours per day 
 per employee or for other personnel management controls, Admin/HR department 
 will rely on the database generated from Access Cards.<o:p></o:p>
 
 <o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>
 
 Late Attendance:<o:p></o:p>
 
 The Company expects each of its employees to maintain 
 punctuality and adhere to their individual duty timings. <o:p></o:p>
 
 
 <o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>
 
 Nonetheless, in special case, up to 10 minutes is condoned 
 twice in a calendar month. <o:p></o:p>
 
 
 <o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>
 
 Each other instance of delay in reporting for work will 
 &nbsp;entail deduction of half day casual leave and if no casual leave is 
 available then privilege leave in case there is no privilege leave then,&nbsp;
 ½ day salary, without any exceptions, whatsoever. <o:p></o:p>
 
 
 
 <o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>
 
 Unannounced Absence:<o:p></o:p>
 
 Unannounced absence without, prior permission and or 
 intimation to the Team Leader or the Executive HR/Admin or to any designation 
 the company may announce for this matter, is the failure on the part of the 
 employee to adhere to basic working conditions.<o:p></o:p>
 
 <o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>

 employee will lose his/her wages and service related allowance(s) for the
